Justin James

was born in a small European town and moved to a suburb of Toronto at a young age. An avid reader, Justin discovered a passion for storytelling at 14. A year later, he released his first young adult fantasy novel, The Conquest of Night, marking the beginning of his journey as an author. By 18, Justin completed the trilogy with The Citadel of Night and Rise of the Ancients.

In 2020, he wrote Primal, the first book of his fantasy fiction series by the same name. Its sequel, Visions, followed in 2021, and Promise concluded the trilogy in 2023.

In addition to writing, Justin’s other enduring passion is travel. With an insatiable curiosity about different cultures and the stories of their people, Justin draws inspiration from his global adventures.
